When will my order Ship?

All of our items are made to order, just for you! Short answer; Typically within a few business days.

Our turn-around time changes throughout the year so if you need an item by a certain date, please reach out to us.

How long does shipping take?

That depends...

We ship via USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail and UPS ground from NC. A tracking number is sent to you the day of shipping. If you have any issues, please reach out to us and we will assist the best we can.

Once we turn over the shipment to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays.

Pappy's Traditions is not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges

We also offer local pick-up if you are in the Clayton, NC area. If you choose to pick-up, once the order is ready you will be sent an email with the address and instructions.

My order arrived damaged, now what?

We know this can happen, and it is frustrating! We will try to make this process as painless as possible. Please send us a picture or two of the damaged item AND the box within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please hold on to the item and all shipping material. The shipping company might need to inspect it. We will submit the claim but might require additional information.


What is your Return Policy?

You may request a return within three days of receiving your order (see *note below). We must receive the item back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges which must include insurance. The item must arrive back to us in its original condition for a refund to be processed. We will refund you the purchase price minus the initial shipping costs.
*We cannot accept custom, personalized, and holiday/seasonal returns.


Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do, with a minimum order of 20. Please reach out to us to discuss.
