You may request a return within three days of receiving your order (see *note below). We must receive the item back to us within 10 days from the date you received your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges which must include insurance. The item must arrive back to us in its original condition for a refund to be processed. We will refund you the purchase price minus the initial shipping costs.
